Flowstopping
Sometimes it will be necessary to stop the flow in a pipeline network. The reason may be a faulty valve or a planned internal modification that requires the flow in a pipe to be stopped.
De Vin-Pass uses flowstopping equipment in combination with hot tapping machines, enabling us to stop flows in pipes that are under pressure. The equipment is suitable for flowstopping up to 24" (NW 600) and pressures up to max. 70 bar at 20ºC.
We can install a bypass if the network has to remain operational.
Using our special flowstopping equipment in combination with hot tapping machines, we can also stop flows in pipes that are under pressure.
